By accessing or using the TrueWay Lawn Care website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and partners who request quotes, schedule services, or create an account through our platform.

TrueWay Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance, fertilization, aeration, leaf removal, landscaping, pest control, and irrigation services. Specific service offerings, pricing, and availability may vary by location and season.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform active customers of any material changes affecting their scheduled services.

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and route efficiency. We strive to honor requested dates and times but cannot guarantee exact arrival windows due to weather, traffic, and operational factors.

For one-time services, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a service call charge.

Recurring service plans may be paused or cancelled at any time through your customer portal. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise noted.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Pricing for services is presented in your custom quote or service plan agreement before checkout.

Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically according to your plan frequency until paused or cancelled. One-time services are billed at the time of booking or upon invoice receipt, as specified in your agreement.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to resolve the issue. Unpaid invoices may result in paused service until the balance is settled.

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

Certain services, such as fertilization and pest control, depend on weather, watering, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for these treatments but commit to applying products and techniques according to best practices.

TrueWay Lawn Care is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or unmarked structures. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or items not disclosed at the time of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueWay Lawn Care operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
